Compucourt EDI Document lodgement System now includes a manual document production screen. This allows users to merge, view and print any Magistrates’ Court form listed in the Magistrates’ Court Civil Procedure Rules. The documents can also be transferred into Microsoft® Word for editing and printing.
A National Magistrates' Court (or state equivalent court) document production system which includes automated costs for each State of Australia, has also been added to the Compucourt software.
Electronic File creation for NSW and Western Australian E-Lodgement has now been built into the system also.
Matters entered into the Database can be selected and merged with the document templates to be printed and physically filed (manually lodged) at any of the Magistrates’ Courts capable of issuing civil procedure.
Any other Court documentation can easily be added to the Database.
Using Microsoft® Word the documents can be changed in accordance with any Court Rule changes.
