Compucourt client software (front-end) is a Microsoft Access database. Access is a Microsoft office product that can integrate with other office products such as Word & Excel. The software is scaleable and can be networked using SQL server (back-end) for large multi-user systems.
Developed over 10 years in Victoria by a team of highly qualified IT personnel and installed at many different sized and structured organisations, users gain the benefit of standard upgrades as part of the service, whilst secure in the knowledge that Compucourt support is always available.
All data is entered and stored on the local users PC or main server, rather than individual entry over the Internet which may raise data security issues. A message is created containing all matters entered (batch documents), which is then encrypted and transmitted to Compucourt and to the Court. Likewise, return messages from Court are encrypted and returned to the user (decrypted) updating the details in for each matter in Compucourt (An Account). All documents can then be printed individually or as a batch.
Data exchange from user's existing computer/database systems has been developed with many firms, eliminating duplicate data entry into Compucourt.
